KFB-3151DP/GP series intelligent pressure/differential pressure(DP) transmitter adopts technically mature capacitive sensor, to compensate the temperature and non-linearity of the sensor by adopting digital technology with intelligent circuit, which can greatly improve the precision and measurement range ratio range of the sensor. The instrument has HART communication interface, and can be configured and calibrated in the configuration debugging system, it can also be configured and corrected with communicator (compatible with Rosemount 275).
Measurement range ratio: 10: 1
Basic error: Measurement range is 3, 4, 5
When the measurement range ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.5% of the adjustment measurement range
When the measurement range ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.25 (1+0.1URL/measurement range) % of the measurement range
Stability: ±0.15%/6 month of the max measurement range.
Influence from temperature: zero point temperature error is ±0.32/20℃ of max measurement range
Note: The influence from temperature error is doubled to measurement range 3 and 9
Influence from static pressure: (DP type at linear output) zero point error: add static pressure 10MPa, zero point error is ±0.25% of the max measurement range, this is the system error, the transmitter zero point shall be adjusted according to the actual static pressure before installing to eliminate this error. (HP type at linear output) zero point error: add static pressure 31.2MPa, zero point error < ±2.0% of max measurement range. This is the system error, the transmitter zero point shall be adjusted according to the actual static pressure before installing to eliminate this error.
Overpressure limit: DP、GP、AP: ≤10MPa
Damping: Time constant is adjustable ranging 0.2- 32.0s.
Startup time: 3s, warm-up is not needed.
Influence from power supply: < 0.005%/V of output measurement range.
Influence from vibration: at any axial direction, frequency is 200Hz, the error is ±0.05%/g of the max measurement range.
Influence from load: if the input voltage of the transmitter is higher than the 12V, it doesn’t’t have load influence within the load work area.
Influence from installation position: max zero point error is not >0.25kPa, this error can be eliminated via correction, which doesn’t’t have influence to the measurement range; the measurement body relative flange rotation doesn’t’t have influence.
