FMI type insertion electromagnetic flowmeter

The FMI insertion electromagnetic flow meter is used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids with minimal corrosion in closed pipes. Its excellent price-performance ratio makes it widely used in the field of large-diameter flow meters.
  • Product Description
  • The FMI insertion electromagnetic flowmeter is used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids with minimal corrosion in closed pipes. Due to its high cost-effectiveness, it is widely used in large-diameter flowmeter applications. Its features:

    1. Measurement is unaffected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity;

    2. Wide nominal diameter range, suitable for all pipe diameters between DN100 and DN1800;

    3. The converter can be combined with the sensor to form an integrated or separate unit;

    4. The sensor can be directly installed on the user's metal pipes or installed on standard short pipes provided by the manufacturer. The measuring pipe does not require lining, has a simple structure, and is highly reliable;

    5. A highly reliable external mounting method, the installation and maintenance of the sensor does not require dismantling the measuring pipe, making it suitable for on-site use where long-term water shutdowns are not feasible, and it can be installed on existing pipes by on-site opening;

    6. The converter adopts a novel excitation method, with low power consumption and stable zero point;

    7. The flowmeter is a bidirectional measurement system with three integrators to record total amounts: forward total, reverse total, and difference total. It can display positive and negative flow rates and has multiple outputs: current, pulse, alarm, and digital communication.
