The MF/WD electromagnetic flow meter is powered by a 3.6V lithium battery pack, and can also be provided with a dual power supply according to site requirements, namely 220V + 3.6V lithium battery or 24V + 3.6V lithium battery (its matching converter is an IP68 integrated type). The standard lithium battery can work continuously for more than 3 years. If a high-capacity lithium battery pack is used, the continuous working time will be longer.
The MF/WD electromagnetic flow meter can adopt a base station wireless communication network system. A communication base station is established in the regional center, with a coverage radius of 1000 meters. Each electromagnetic flow meter communicates with the base station at close range (SRD mode), using the 928MHZ open frequency band (American standard). The base station completes data communication with the management computer through the GPRS or CDMA Mobile communication network. In addition, data communication with the management computer can also be directly completed through the GPRS or CDMA Mobile communication network.
An electromagnetic flow meter is a flow meter that applies Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. This product is manufactured using contemporary new electromagnetic flow meter technology and has the following characteristics:
a) Measurement is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity;
b) There are no flow-impeding components inside the measuring tube, no pressure loss, and low straight pipe section requirements;
c) Series nominal diameters DN15~DN600. There are multiple choices for sensor lining and electrode materials;
d) The converter uses a novel excitation method, with low power consumption, stable zero point, and high accuracy. It uses a lithium battery pack, which is convenient to use.
f) Key or infrared remote control operation;
g) Pressure measurement can be achieved (its matching converter is an IP68 integrated type)
