  • This instrument is an electronic intelligent flow signal processing component, integrating temperature, pressure, and flow signal acquisition, signal amplification, flow calculation, flow display, and remote flow output. It is a new type of electronic supporting component for flow instruments. The instrument features a modular circuit structure; configurable intelligent software; low power consumption, wide voltage power supply circuit; and a large screen display electrical housing, making it widely applicable and well-matched. It can be paired with various pulse-type flow sensors (turbine, oval gear, vortex, and vortex street, etc.) to form an integrated intelligent flow meter for measuring the volumetric flow of various liquids and gases, standard cubic volumetric flow, and mass flow, outputting flow signals in unit pulses, (4-20)mA, and RS485.

      Main features of the instrument:

    • Precision die-cast aluminum alloy instrument housing, IP65 protection level, suitable for outdoor installation;

    • Large screen backlit LCD, clear display, can show the instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, temperature, and pressure values of the medium;
    • Automatic compensation function for the temperature and pressure of the medium, temperature and pressure values can be sampled in real-time or set manually;
    • 5-segment instrument coefficient, automatic nonlinear correction;
    • The display of instantaneous flow units, volumetric flow under working conditions, standard cubic volumetric flow, and mass flow can be selected by the user;
    • Arbitrary small flow signal cut-off can be set;
    • Parameters and flow values set internally can be permanently saved during power outage;
    • High accuracy, good repeatability, high reliability;

      Applicable media and compensation methods:

    ① Volumetric flow, no compensation;

    ② Saturated steam mass flow temperature or pressure compensation.

    ③ Superheated steam mass flow temperature and pressure compensation.

    ④ Dry and wet air volumetric flow, standard cubic volumetric flow temperature and pressure compensation;

    ⑤ Natural gas standard cubic volumetric flow, mass flow temperature and pressure compensation; (contracted order)

    ⑥ Blast furnace gas, coke oven gas standard cubic volumetric flow, mass flow temperature and pressure compensation; (contracted order)

      Flow input signal:

    a Pulse: (1-5000)Hz; square wave, low level <1V, high level >2.5; basic sine wave, amplitude ≥10mV.

    b Analog: Capacitive differential pressure sensor signal; other analog signals ≥10mV.

      Customized according to special requirements proposed by users:

    Temperature input signal: (4-20)mA; Pt100.

    Pressure input signal: (4-20)mA;
