  • This instrument integrates the collection of differential pressure, pressure, and temperature signals with on-site data processing, and is an intelligent multi-parameter flow detection device. It can be matched with throttling devices (standard orifice plates, annular orifice plates, nozzles, Venturi tubes, V-shaped inner cones) to form an integrated intelligent flow meter, used for measuring the volumetric flow of various liquids, gases, and steam, as well as standard volumetric flow and mass flow.The instrument uses a high-performance microprocessor chip to collect flow, temperature, and pressure signals. The signals are amplified, non-linearly corrected, and calculated for coefficients, allowing for real-time display of instantaneous and cumulative flow, as well as the temperature and pressure of the medium. Flow signals can be output in unit pulses, (4-20)mA, or RS485.

    Large screen with backlight LCD, clear display, can show instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, temperature, and pressure values of the medium;

    Has automatic compensation function for the temperature and pressure of the medium, with real-time sampling of temperature and pressure values, which can also be set manually;

    5-segment instrument coefficient, automatic non-linear correction;

    Display of instantaneous flow units, volumetric flow under working conditions, standard volumetric flow, and mass flow units can be selected by the user;

    Configurable cut-off for any small flow signal;

    Parameters and flow values set internally can be permanently saved during power outages;

    High accuracy, good repeatability, and high reliability.
