KFB-3151 Differential Pressure Transmitter
- Product Description
-
KFB-3151 series intelligent pressure/differential pressure transmitters use mature technology single crystal silicon sensors, through intelligent circuits, using digital technology to compensate for the temperature and non-linearity of the sensor, greatly improving the accuracy and range ratio of the sensor. The instrument has a HART communication interface, which can be configured and calibrated in the system, and can also be configured and calibrated on-site using a handheld device (compatible with ROSEMONT275). It is suitable for measuring the pressure, differential pressure, and absolute pressure of various liquids, gases, and steam.
Main technical parameters
Technical performance
Usage: Liquid, gas, or steam
Measuring range: See selection specification table
Output signal: (4~20)mA superimposed with HART protocol digital signal
Power supply: External power supply 24VDC. (Power supply range 12V~45V)
Load characteristics: 0~550Ω (when powered by 24V); HART communication load 250Ω
Migration characteristics: Negative and positive migration can be performed within the lower and upper limits of the measuring range
Working environment: Medium temperature: (-40~104)℃; Storage temperature: (-40~85)℃
Working temperature: (-20~50)℃
Relative humidity: (0~100)%
Explosion-proof performance: Flameproof type: Ex db IIB T6 Gb;
Intrinsic safety type: Ex ia lIC T4 Ga
Performance indicators: (Under no migration, 316 stainless steel isolation diaphragm and other standard test conditions.)
Range ratio: 10:1
Basic error: Range is 3, 4, 5
When the range ratio is 1:1 to 10:1, the calibration range is ±0.5%.
When the range ratio is 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.25(1+0.1URL/range)% of the range.
Stability: ±0.15% of the range/6 months.
Temperature influence: Zero point temperature error is ±0.32/range at 20℃.
Static pressure influence: (For DP type in linear output) Zero point error: Adding static pressure of 10MPa, zero point error is ±0.25% of the range, this is
system error, the transmitter zero point can be calibrated according to the actual static pressure before installation to eliminate this error. (For HP type in linear output) Zero
point error: Adding static pressure of 31.2MPa, zero point error is less than ±2.0% of the range. This is system error, the transmitter zero point can be calibrated according to the actual static pressure before installation to eliminate this error.
Overpressure limit: DP, GP, AP: ≤10MPa
HP: <32MPa
Damping: Time constant adjustable between 0.2~32.0s.
Startup time: 3s, no preheating required.
Power supply influence: Less than 0.005%/V of the output range.
Vibration influence: In any axial direction, frequency of 200Hz causes an error of ±0.05%/g of the range.
Load influence: As long as the input voltage to the transmitter is above 12V, there is no load influence within the load working area.
Installation position influence: Can produce a zero point error of no more than 0.25kPa, which can be eliminated through calibration, with no effect on the range; measuring
the body relative to the flange rotation has no effect.
