Product description
Fixed volumetric tubesare divided into two types: bidirectional volumetric tubes and unidirectional volumetric tubes. Bidirectional volumetric tubes have a small footprint, can be fixedly installed, and are easy to disassemble, with a range ratio of 20:1, suitable for multiple sites and the working conditions of a single volumetric tube.Unidirectional volumetric tubes have low pressure loss and a large range ratio of 40:1, suitable for laboratories, metering stations, and conditions with various types of flow meters.;.。

Repeatability: better than 0.02%.
Reproducibility: better than 0.05%.
Features:
1. Can verify or calibrate the metering performance of volumetric and velocity flow meters that output pulse signals, widely used in the petroleum and refining industries.
2. Can perform real flow verification or calibration of flow meters under working conditions, overcoming errors caused by different working and verification conditions. At the same time, it avoids errors caused by liquid evaporation.
3. Can perform real-time dynamic leak detection on the volumetric tube conversion valve.
4. During the verification or calibration process, there is no need to start or stop the flow meter, eliminating errors caused by starting and stopping the flow meter.
