The streetlight renovation warms the heart and lights up the residents' way home.
In order to enhance the quality of Yibiao Community and increase residents' happiness and satisfaction, the property management company collaborated with the streetlight department of the power supply bureau to renovate the community's streetlights in early December, carrying out the project in two phases. Originally, there were 27 streetlights in the community; after the renovation and the addition of new lights, the total number of streetlights has increased to 33. Once the comprehensive renovation was completed, the nighttime illumination in Yibiao Community significantly improved, providing safety and convenience for residents' travel.

On the afternoon of April 22, the graduates of the 1969 class from the former Kaifeng Instrument Technology School visited our company to celebrate their 50th anniversary of graduation. The company leaders warmly welcomed all the teachers and students and also prepared exquisite souvenirs for everyone.

On May 23, the first performance of the "Cultural Delivery to the Grassroots, Caring for Employees" series of cultural activities organized by the Kaifeng City Federation of Trade Unions was held at our company, focusing on the machinery and building materials industry. Huang Wei, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the City Federation of Trade Unions, attended the event and delivered a speech. The company's Deputy Party Secretary Bi Ke, Vice General Manager and Union Chairman Wang Qingling, Vice General Manager Lü Yan, Chairman of the City Machinery and Building Materials Trade Union Yao Yazheng, and over a hundred employee representatives watched the performance, with Vice General Manager Wang Qingling serving as the host for the opening.

From March 28 to May 16, the first phase of the "Analects" classical Chinese studies training program was successfully concluded, with 5 instructors and over 50 participants. The instructors made thorough preparations before the classes, using various methods such as oral presentations, blackboard writing, and multimedia projections to vividly convey the teachings of the "Analects". They also actively interacted with the participants, fostering a lively learning atmosphere.
