Product Series
This instrument combines an armored, vibration-resistant platinum resistor or thermocouple with a dedicated transducer circuit. It converts the temperature signal from the sensing element into a standard signal output on-site. It eliminates the need for compensation wires, enabling long-distance transmission. Within the rated operating range, signal accuracy is independent of load resistance and supply voltage, making it easy to interface with various instruments and computer systems.
This instrument consists of a solid-state piezoresistive sensor and a dedicated circuit module. The sensor outputs an mV signal that varies with pressure. After dedicated circuit amplification, non-linear correction, and temperature compensation, this signal is converted into a standard (4-20) mA current output. Its detection accuracy and sensitivity are superior to capacitive pressure transmitters. It is a new generation of pressure detection instruments suitable for various gas and liquid pressure detection in industrial environments.
The KFB-3151 series intelligent pressure/differential pressure transmitter utilizes a mature single-crystal silicon sensor. Through intelligent circuitry and digital technology, it compensates for temperature and non-linearity in the sensor, significantly improving the sensor's accuracy and span range. The instrument features a HART communication interface, allowing configuration and calibration via a configuration and debugging system on a computer, or using a hand-held operator (compatible with ROSEMONT 275) for on-site configuration and calibration. It is suitable for measuring the pressure, differential pressure, and absolute pressure of various liquids, gases, and steam.
This instrument uses a high-performance microprocessor chip to collect flow, temperature, and pressure signals. After signal amplification, non-linear correction, and coefficient calculation, the instantaneous and cumulative flow rate, as well as temperature and pressure, are displayed. The flow signal can be output in unit pulse, (4~20)mA, and RS485 modes.
