KFB Type Differential Pressure Transmitter
- Product Description
-
The KFB-3151 series intelligent pressure/differential pressure transmitter uses a mature single-crystal silicon sensor. Through intelligent circuitry and digital technology, it compensates for the temperature and nonlinearity of the sensor, significantly improving the sensor's accuracy and range ratio. The instrument has a HART communication interface and can be configured and calibrated on a computer using a configuration and debugging system. It can also be configured and calibrated on-site using a hand-held operator (compatible with ROSEMONT 275). It is suitable for measuring the pressure, differential pressure, and absolute pressure of various liquids, gases, and steam.
Main Technical Parameters
Technical Performance
Application: Liquids, gases, or steam
Measurement Range: See selection Specification table
Output Signal: (4~20)mA superimposed HART protocol digital signal
Power Supply: External 24VDC power supply. (Power supply range 12V~45V)
Load Characteristics: 0~550Ω (when powered by 24V); HART communication load 250Ω
Hysteresis: Negative and positive hysteresis can be performed within the lower and upper limits of the measurement range
Operating Environment: Medium temperature: (-40~104)℃; Storage temperature: (-40~85)℃
Operating Temperature: (-20~50)℃
Relative Humidity: (0~100)%
Explosion-proof Performance: Explosion-proof type: Ex db IIB T6 Gb;
Intrinsically safe type: Ex ia lIC T4 Ga
Performance Indicators: (Under no hysteresis, 316 stainless steel isolation diaphragm and other standard test conditions.)
Range Ratio: 10:1
Basic Error: Range is 3, 4, 5
With a range ratio of 1:1 to 10:1, it is ±0.5% of the calibrated range
With a range ratio of 10:1 to 40:1, it is ±0.25(1+0.1URL/range)% range
Stability: ±0.15%/6 months of the range.
Temperature Influence: Zero temperature error is ±0.32/20℃ of the range
Static Pressure Influence: (DP type during linear output) Zero point error: Adding 10MPa static pressure, the zero point error is ±0.25% of the range. This is
system error. Before installation, the transmitter zero point can be calibrated according to the actual static pressure to eliminate this error. (HP type during linear output) Zero
point error: Adding 31.2MPa static pressure, the zero point error is less than ±2.0% of the range. This is system error. Before installation, the
transmitter zero point can be calibrated according to the actual static pressure to eliminate this error.
Overpressure Limit: DP, GP, AP: ≤10MPa
HP: <32MPa
Damping: The time constant is adjustable between 0.2~32.0s.
Start-up Time: 3s, no preheating required.
Power Supply Influence: Less than 0.005%/V of the output range.
Vibration Influence: In any axial direction, the error caused by a frequency of 200Hz is ±0.05%/g of the range.
Load Influence: As long as the voltage input to the transmitter is higher than 12V, there is no load influence within the load working area.
Installation Position Influence: A zero point error of no more than 0.25kPa can be generated, which can be eliminated by calibration without affecting the range; meas
urement body rotation relative to the flange has no influence.
