The KFB type multi-parameter differential pressure transmitter integrates the collection of differential pressure, pressure, and temperature signals with on-site data processing, making it an intelligent multi-parameter flow detection device. It can be paired with throttling devices (standard orifice plates, annular orifice plates, nozzles, Venturi tubes, V-shaped internal cones) to form an integrated intelligent flow meter, used for measuring the volumetric flow rate, standard volumetric flow rate, and mass flow rate of various liquids, gases, and steam under working conditions. The instrument uses a high-performance microprocessor chip to collect flow, temperature, and pressure signals. After amplification, nonlinear correction, and coefficient calculation, it displays instantaneous and cumulative flow on-site, as well as the temperature and pressure of the medium. It can output signals in the form of pressure, differential pressure, temperature, and flow (4~20)mA.
This instrument is composed of a solid-state piezoresistive sensor and a dedicated circuit module. The sensor outputs an mV signal that varies with pressure, which is then amplified, non-linearly corrected, and temperature compensated by a dedicated circuit, converting it into a (4-20)mA standard current output. Its detection accuracy and sensitivity are superior to that of capacitive pressure transmitters, making it a new generation of pressure detection instruments suitable for various gas and liquid pressure detection in industrial environments.
The YBSH type liquid level transmitter is composed of imported high-quality diffused silicon pressure sensors with isolation diaphragms and dedicated circuit modules. It features a small size, high sensitivity, and low temperature drift. The transmitter is available in two types: immersion and side-mounted, suitable for different installation requirements. It can also be equipped with a pointer dial and a liquid crystal digital display for on-site indication. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and water conservancy for detecting liquid levels in wells, water towers, reservoirs, and gas cabinet water seals.
The KFB-3151 series intelligent pressure/differential pressure transmitter uses a mature single crystal silicon sensor. Through intelligent circuits and digital technology, it compensates for the sensor's temperature and non-linearity, significantly improving the sensor's accuracy and range ratio. The instrument features a HART communication interface, allowing for configuration and calibration through a debugging system, and can also be configured and calibrated on-site using a handheld device (compatible with ROSEMONT275). It is suitable for measuring the pressure, differential pressure, and absolute pressure of various liquids, gases, and steam.
