This report is from Chen Chunsheng. From August 24 to October 19, according to the company's arrangement, the Quality Management Department organized training for over 30 inspectors using four weekends.
The training was conducted in four phases, led by He Wei from the Quality Management Department, Engineer Tong Xianfa, Engineer Yin Lizhong from the Oil Measurement and Equipment Company, and Manager Zhao Yong from the Electromagnetic Flow Meter Company, providing professional and targeted training for the inspectors. The main content of the training included: basic knowledge of quality inspection, control of quality inspection implementation, control of quality records, control of non-conforming products; measuring instruments and their usage; welding inspection and its classification, welding defects, non-destructive testing; basic knowledge of flow instruments, inspection specifications for flow meter products, etc. The training covered a wide range of knowledge, encompassing the basic knowledge and skill requirements needed for the inspectors' work.
This training received strong support from leaders of various units. Most of our company's inspectors are part-time, and the training period was relatively long. Given the busy production tasks in various units, the training was scheduled on weekends. The inspectors sacrificed their rest time to attend on time, ensuring the smooth progress of the training without affecting normal production. In class, everyone listened attentively, took notes seriously, and maintained good classroom discipline; after class, they actively reviewed the training content, discussed and inquired about unclear areas, creating a good learning atmosphere of mutual support among all inspectors in the company.
On November 6, the Quality Management Department organized a summary and commendation meeting for the inspector training. Minister Wu reported and summarized the training situation, praising and encouraging the more than 30 inspectors who attended all sessions. The average score for the four-phase training exams was above 95 for 4 people; (90-95) for 7 people; (80-90) for 14 people; (70-80) for 1 person; and below 60 for 1 person. Those who failed a single exam had a retest on October 29, and all retest scores were qualified, indicating good training results. Based on the exam results and learning situation, with the approval of company leadership, rewards were given to inspectors who were diligent and achieved excellent exam results during the four phases of training and exams, with 4 first prizes of 1000 yuan each; 7 second prizes of 500 yuan each; and 8 third prizes of 300 yuan each.
The company's inspectors have worked hard to ensure product quality, bearing significant responsibility as guardians of product quality. The Quality Management Department will focus on improving product quality, providing strong technical support and services for inspectors, and organizing training for inspectors periodically as needed, continuously learning and improving product quality with the company; working together to achieve substantial development in the company's quality work.
