On the morning of January 16th, Kaifeng Instruments (Group) Co., Ltd. held a grand New Year's gathering. All employees, organized by branch, entered with spirited energy and determination, marching in formation to the rousing sounds of the "Kaiyi Workers' Anthem." Following this, the company's 2025 New Year's gathering officially began.
Party Secretary and Rotating Chairman Fan Zhiju, on behalf ofthe company's board of directors and party and government leadership team,delivered a speech. He pointed out that in the past year,the downward economic pressure brought about by the complex and severe domestic and international environment inevitably had a certain impact on our company. However, hard work pays off. In the face of difficulties and challenges, all Kaiyi people worked hard to overcome challenges, forging a vibrant picture of Kaiyi's development. This year, with the grand vision of "dare to change the sun and the moon," we met challenges head-on, and with the momentum of "like a strong wind breaking through ten thousand miles," we created a new situation, producing a report card that, while not fully achieving our goals, was still remarkable.
The greater the difficulty, the more courageous we become; the greater the challenge, the more glorious the achievement. In 2025,we must continue to adhere to"Brand Restructuring" as the guiding principle, continue to deepen quality improvement actions, continue to conduct "benchmarking management," improve market competitiveness, and build a specialized and refined national Brand; we must always adhere to the customer-centric approach without wavering, uphold the value creation concept, and meet customer needs and expectations by providing valuable products and services; we should learn from Pang Donglai, advocating "doing one good deed a day," fostering a corporate Culture, guiding the cultural values with the mindset of "winning the battle," emphasizing teamwork, and creating a happy enterprise.
Next, General Manager Lin Yang, along with senior management, extended New Year greetings to employees and their families, wishing everyone a prosperous year and good fortune.
Finally, all employees, led by senior company management, ran out of the factory in formation, shouting slogans with high spirits. They demonstrated the spirit of unity, struggle, pragmatism, and innovation of Kaiyi people, winning consistent praise from passers-by.
