This report informs that the issuance of the "Management Measures for Technical Personnel Title Allowance" by the company has stimulated the enthusiasm of professional technical personnel for title application. In order to better carry out the title application work for professional technical personnel and to provide a more intuitive understanding of the application process and methods, the Administrative Service Department invited Teacher Li Jinliang from the Kaifeng Science and Technology Association to give a special lecture on title application for the company's professional technical personnel in the conference room on the fourth floor on the morning of July 23.
Teacher Li comprehensively analyzed the title application process and precautions for various technical personnel from four aspects: title classification, preliminary work before application, application conditions, and evaluation conditions, and patiently answered questions for the technical personnel.
