In July, accompanied by the roar of engines, the vehicle-mounted volumetric tubes produced in the assembly workshop drove out of the workshop and into the new finished product warehouse. These two sets of DN300 and DN400 vehicle-mounted volumetric tubes were successfully completed with the joint efforts of all employees in the oil product assembly workshop and the full cooperation of brother units.
The vehicle-mounted volumetric tube calibration device produced by our company has metering characteristics for volumetric or velocity flow meters that output pulse signals under sealed pipeline and actual working conditions. This device is installed on a dedicated calibration vehicle, used for online real flow calibration of flow meters installed at different locations, ensuring that the flow meters operate normally within a certain accuracy range and are reliably applied in the metering process. This type of device is mobile, highly fluid, supports various types of calibration instruments, has a wide range of applications, high equipment utilization, and is convenient to use. The vehicle-mounted volumetric tube is a patented product of our company, widely used in petroleum, refining, petrochemical, and scientific research departments, leading in technology nationwide.
Due to the size and appearance limitations of the vehicle-mounted volumetric tubes, the DN400 caliber is currently the largest caliber of vehicle-mounted volumetric tubes in the country, which undoubtedly increases the difficulty of design and production. The company leaders also pay great attention to this project, frequently visiting the workshop to guide work, monitor production progress, and address difficulties encountered, ensuring that the work can be completed better. To meet user demands, during the early design preparation work, technician Chen Fuqiang went to the manufacturers of special vehicles to provide timely and accurate technical support. During the later production process, although June and July are the hottest summer months, everyone’s work enthusiasm is as fiery as the sun. Even though the working space on the vehicle is small, all employees of Sheet Metal Group One and Group Two are not afraid of hardship or fatigue, working overtime on welding and other tasks, often drenched in sweat during work, and neglecting to take a sip of water. Technician Chen is on-site every day, promptly communicating and resolving technical issues during production. When electrical control facilities need to be installed later, Ren Xu, Qi Xinkang, and others also worked overtime to install and debug, striving for time for subsequent work. The brother units of the company also attach great importance to this matter, putting in a lot of hard work and sweat from component processing to surface painting in the later stages. Ultimately, these two vehicle-mounted volumetric tubes were successfully completed, waiting for user acceptance.
The completion of this vehicle-mounted volumetric tube project marks that our company is fully capable of producing first-class domestic instrument products and has the qualifications to do so, expanding into a larger production field and laying the foundation for future production and research and development of higher requirement products. It also showcases the teamwork spirit of our employees, who work together, are not afraid of difficulties, and unite as one.
