This report informs that according to the requirements of the company leadership, in order to strengthen inventory asset management and ensure the safety, integrity, and accuracy of the company's assets, as well as to standardize and institutionalize the inventory counting of the company's inventory assets, providing a basis for sales, production planning, and financial cost accounting, the Financial Audit Department, on November 18, 2020, collaborated with the Production Service Department and the Business Service Department to conduct centralized training for relevant personnel from various product companies and departments participating in the year-end inventory count. All participating units attached great importance to this training, with leaders personally leading the teams from the Production, Oil Products, Chemical, Joint, and Automation companies, totaling 49 trainees. During the training session, the Financial Audit Department read out the inventory year-end counting management system, outlining the scope of the system's application, the division of responsibilities for the counting work, counting time, counting methods, counting requirements, counting procedures, and counting discipline. It emphasized that each unit should strengthen inventory asset management to ensure that physical counts match records, successfully completing this inventory work. The Production Service Department clarified work requirements regarding warehouse management systems, processes, and staff responsibilities, proposing retraining for personnel who do not meet work requirements, and stressing that subsidiaries should not overlook the counting of materials in public areas and scrap materials, which are often easily neglected. The Business Service Department organized the processes for special situations such as return forms and expressed hope that all departments would closely communicate, promptly notify, and strictly follow the list for shipping to avoid over-shipments and omissions.
Finally, each department engaged in lively discussions based on their actual situations regarding how to effectively carry out this inventory work. The trainees, with a serious and responsible attitude, spoke freely from the perspective of the company's actual conditions, offering suggestions for the company's inventory management. We believe that with this serious and responsible ownership attitude, we can surely create a more brilliant tomorrow for the company.
