This report informs that on the morning of January 17, the company held a meeting for middle-level and above cadres and a summary meeting for the 2019 work in the fourth-floor conference room. The meeting was attended by company leaders including General Manager Lin Yang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Bi Ke, Chief Engineer Jin Wenzhe, Deputy General Managers Zhang Xinan, Zhang Tao, Lü Yan, Chen Feng, Zhang Huiyong, Zhang Jianchang, and Wang Qingling. The meeting was hosted by Deputy General Manager Wang Qingling.
The meeting began with Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Bi Ke and Deputy General Manager Wang Qingling reading the Party documents and company administrative documents, respectively. Then, the attending company leaders summarized the main work of their respective departments in 2019 and planned for the work in 2020. Finally, General Manager Lin Yang provided a comprehensive summary of the company's production and operation situation in 2019 and proposed the company's goals and overall work ideas for 2020.
General Lin first affirmed the efforts of all employees and extended holiday blessings to everyone. He then provided a detailed report on the overall economic indicators of the company for the past year and communicated the overall goals for the work in 2020. During the meeting, General Lin mentioned the eight-character summary of management work—"Encourage people to be good, good people are rewarded"—and repeatedly emphasized that everyone should break the old mindset of equal distribution. Enterprises should pay attention to reform, and everyone should always adhere to the principle that "the company's interests are above personal interests."
