This report informs that from April 7 to 10, a team of four experts from the China United Certification Center conducted a remote audit of our company's quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems. Among them, the quality management system was subject to a supervisory audit, the environmental management system was a re-certification audit, and the occupational health and safety management system was a (re-certification + version change) audit. With the joint efforts of all employees, our company successfully passed this remote external audit.
The internal audit implementation plan for the company's three systems was originally scheduled for February 4, 2020. However, due to a sudden national epidemic, the internal audit team modified the original plan with the approval of the chief engineer. Based on the development of the epidemic, the Quality Management Department and the Production Service Department organized the internal audit team, which conducted internal audits of the units involved in the three systems from March 9 to 19, with strong cooperation from various relevant units in the company, focusing on the new standard elements of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001. After the internal audit was completed, all relevant units actively rectified the issues, and on March 27, the internal audit team carefully checked the rectification situation one by one, laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the external audit work. The first and last meetings of this internal audit were conducted via WeChat or electronically, and the audit primarily involved document reviews, supplemented by on-site audits, to avoid gathering of personnel, thus meeting the epidemic prevention needs while ensuring the smooth completion of the internal audit work.
In the lead-up to the external audit, the Quality Management Department contacted the China United Certification Center (Beijing) Co., Ltd. multiple times to discuss solutions due to the sudden epidemic, which prevented external audit experts from conducting on-site audits at the company. Considering that delaying the audit would result in a gap and discontinuity in the validity period of the company's three system certification certificates, affecting the company's market development and sales orders, after multiple discussions, it was finally determined with the China United Certification Center to adopt a "remote audit + subsequent supplementary on-site audit" approach to complete this audit, ensuring the continuous validity of the company's three system certificates.
On April 7, after sufficient preparation, the leaders of various departments of the company held the first remote video meeting with four audit experts located in Beijing, Shijiazhuang, and Xinxiang, to confirm the audit requirements and processes, officially starting the remote external audit work. During the external audit, the internal audit team arranged for four internal auditors to be responsible for the entire remote connection with the four audit experts, handling communication and document transmission between the audit teachers and the audited units. The audit team experts conducted a comprehensive audit of the processes, departments, and sites involved in the design, development, production, sales, and service of the company's products based on the requirements of the GB/T 19001-2016, GB/T 24001-2016, and GB/T 45001-2020 system documents and standards, using methods such as uploading on-site videos, WeChat video calls, phone communications, and document records.
After four days of auditing, the audit team experts concluded that the company's three systems were operating well, and the measures taken were generally effective. At the same time, the audit team experts pointed out some shortcomings of the company and provided improvement suggestions to the relevant units. During the remote audit process, the leaders of the relevant units attached great importance and actively cooperated with the work of the audit experts; the internal audit team members had clear divisions of labor and responsibilities, ensuring the successful completion of the company's first remote audit of the three systems.
