From March 27 to 30, a team of three experts from the China United Certification Center (Beijing) Co., Ltd. conducted an audit of our company's quality management system, environmental management system, and occupational health and safety management system (supervisory audit of the quality management system, re-certification audit of the environmental/occupational health and safety management system). With everyone's joint efforts, our company successfully passed this audit.
In the preliminary stage of the external audit, with the strong cooperation of various relevant departments, the Quality Assurance Department and the Operations Service Department organized relevant personnel to conduct a comprehensive internal audit of the units involved in the "three systems" for ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 elements. After the internal audit was completed, all relevant departments actively rectified the issues, and the Quality Assurance Department and the Operations Service Department conducted a thorough inspection of the internal audit rectification on March 22 and 23, laying a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the external audit.
During the external audit, the audit team experts conducted a comprehensive audit of the processes, departments, and sites involved in the design, development, production, sales, and service of the company's products based on the GB/T 19001-2016, GB/T 24001-2016, and GB/T 45001-2020 system documents and standard requirements, using methods such as on-site sampling and document review. After nearly four days of auditing, the audit team experts concluded that the company's "three systems" were operating well, and the measures taken were generally effective. At the same time, the audit team experts pointed out some shortcomings and provided improvement suggestions to the relevant departments. During the external audit process, the leaders of all relevant departments attached great importance to and actively cooperated with the work of the audit experts. All personnel in the Quality Assurance Department and the Operations Service Department had clear divisions of labor, performed their duties diligently, and ensured proper work and living arrangements, guaranteeing the successful completion of the company's "three systems" audit.
